STANDARD GROUND US SHIPPING
All U.S. orders will be sent via UPS, FedEx or the most economical service available.
Expect your package within 7-10 business days depending upon your geographic location.
Shipping Cost: $5.95 + $0.99 for each additional item.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada.
RETURN POLICY
Unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be issued less any shipping/gift wrapping charges.
Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if:
* Merchandise is returned without an RMA number
* Merchandise is returned after 30 days
* Merchandise is not returned in its original, manufacturers condition
Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
For any returns, you must obtain an RMA number from our Customer Service Department. RMA requests are only processed within 7 days of the receipt of the order.
Returns must be received within 30 days of the date of issue of the RMA number.
No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons.
Please make your selections carefully.
We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)
1. Full Name and Address
2. Phone Number
3. Email Address
4. Original Order Confirmation Number (if available)
5. The reason for returning the merchandise
6. RMA number (To obtain an RMA number, please email our Customer Service Department at orders@myfragranceroom.com)

All returns must be shipped back to My Fragrance Room using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)
Any package that has not been received by My Fragrance Room and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.
Damaged Merchandise:
Please contact our customer service department. Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise a refund will be issued and an email confirmation with the total amount credited will be sent.
Undeliverable Packages:
If your package is returned to My Fragrance Room marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non refundable.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item is not on our website, we do not currently have it in stock. Subsequently, from time to time, we are not able to fulfill your order. You will be notified via email for any item that is out of stock and a credit will be issued to your account/credit card.
CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you have any other questions, please contact a Customer Care Representative.

CLAIMS
You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you did not receive it.
